What is the policy for bringing guests?

Conference attendees may bring one guest at no extra cost. For any additional guests beyond this, you must purchase an "Additional Guest" ticket. Please purchase one "Additional Guest" ticket per extra person. This ticket does not cover the cost of an additional room. Please contact us if a second room is needed.

Where is the closest airport?

We recommend flying into Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport

What are my transportation options to and from the airport?

Guests are responsible for their own airport transportation. You may rent a car, taxi or Uber at your own expense. On-site self parking is $20 per day. Valet is $35 per day.

 

Can I change my registration information after submitting it?
